About the Hot-Dip Galvanized Sheet Production Course
The GalvInfo Center & International Zinc Association sponsor an anuual 2-day workshop providing a comprehensive overview of hot dip galvanized sheet production. The course covers coating line production processes, including pretreatment, coating weight control and post galvanizing surface treatments, as well as zinc bath management principles and technology. The course also includes corrosion protection theory, coated sheet performance and applications.
This course is designed for anyone interested in expanding their knowledge of the basic principles of galvanized steel sheet production, its applications and performance. The course is especially beneficial to all engineers, maintenance personnel and operators engaged in production and quality assurance and anyone else whose job requires an understanding of coated sheet products and their uses. Equipment manufacturers and industry service suppliers would also benefit from this course.
